Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the phcom platform. By registering an account or accessing any part of the site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the provisions set out below. These terms govern your use of the platform and apply to all services offered by phcom to players in the Philippines. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. phcom reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of anyrevisions made.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person or entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that party to these terms. phcom makes these terms available in plain English so that all Filipino players can understand their rights and responsibilities before they begin playing. Failure to comply with any provision of these terms may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account without prior notice.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement
The phcom platform is strictly available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement and that you are not prohibited by any applicable law from participating in online gaming. phcom complies with Philippine regulations regarding age verification, and we reserve the right to request proof of age at any point during your use of the platform. If it is determined that a player is under 18 years of age, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned subject to verification. It is the responsibility of parents and guardians to ensure that minors do not gain access to online gaming platforms.
In addition to the age requirement, you must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws of your jurisdiction. 3. Account Creation & Security

Each player may hold only one account on the platform; duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of any funds held within them. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. phcom will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account details secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the phcom support team immediately.
Account information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and kept up to date. phcom may require you to submit identity verification documents — including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method — before processing withdrawals or as part of an account review. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in permanent account closure. You must not share your account with any other person, and accessing another player's account without permission is strictly forbidden. phcom uses industry-standard security protocols to protect your account data, but you share responsibility for keeping your access credentials private.
4. User Obligations & Platform Usage Rules
As a registered player on phcom, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms and Conditions. You must not engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the normal operation of the platform or the experience of other users. The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorised tools to interact with the platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination. You must not attempt to exploit bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform software for financial gain; any such conduct must be reported to the phcom support team promptly. phcom reserves the right to void any bets or winnings that arise from technical errors or exploit-based play.
Players are expected to conduct themselves respectfully when interacting with the phcom support team or any community features available on the platform. Abusive, threatening, or fraudulent behaviour toward phcom staff or other players will not be tolerated under any circumstances. You must not attempt to collude with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus systems, or engage in any form of match-fixing or arbitrage betting that violates the spirit of fair play. phcom monitors player activity to detect unusual patterns, and accounts found to be in breach of fair play standards may be suspended pending investigation. All decisions made by phcom regarding rule violations, account suspensions, and winnings disputes are final.
5. Payments & Transactions
All financial transactions on phcom are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits are credited to your account upon successful confirmation from the payment processor, and phcom does not accept liability for delays caused by third-party payment service providers. You may only deposit funds from a payment method that is registered in your own name; using payment accounts belonging to another person is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension. phcom supports a range of local Philippine payment channels including bank transfers and recognised e-wallets, and the available methods are displayed at the time of transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per account, and these limits are communicated clearly within the platform.
Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with phcom's withdrawal policy, and verification of your identity may be required before any withdrawal is approved. Standard withdrawal processing times are communicated at the point of request, and phcom will endeavour to process all eligible withdrawals within the stated timeframe. Funds cannot be withdrawn until they have been used in genuine gameplay in accordance with any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds. phcom does not charge processing fees for standard withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Any taxes or duties applicable to your winnings under Philippine law are your sole responsibility to declare and settle.
6. Limitation of Liability
phcom provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While phcom makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform operates reliably and without interruption, we do not guarantee that access to the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. phcom shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to access, the platform, including losses resulting from technical failures, server downtime, or third-party service interruptions. This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the platform or its services is to discontinue your use of phcom.
phcom is not responsible for any financial losses incurred as a result of gameplay decisions made by a player, including losses resulting from in-play betting, slot gameplay, live casino sessions, or bingo participation. Gaming involves risk, and players are solely responsible for the decisions they make during any session on the platform. phcom will not compensate players for losses attributed to misunderstanding of game rules, bonus terms, or wagering conditions. In the event of a dispute regarding a game result or transaction, phcom's internal records will be considered the authoritative source of truth, subject to a fair review process. Players are encouraged to review all game rules and bonus terms carefully before placing any wager.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
phcom reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion if it determines that a player has breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information, or posed a risk to the integrity of the platform. Account suspension may occur immediately and without prior notice in cases where the risk of harm is considered significant. During a suspension, access to the account, including the ability to place bets or withdraw funds, may be restricted pending the outcome of an investigation. phcom will communicate the reason for suspension where it is legally and operationally appropriate to do so. Decisions regarding permanent account closure are final and are not subject to reversal except in clearly documented cases of administrative error.
Players who wish to close their own accounts voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the phcom support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance of real-money funds — after satisfying all applicable wagering requirements and verification steps — will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not been fully wagered in accordance with the stated conditions will not be paid out upon account closure. Self-exclusion requests, where a player asks to be excluded from the platform for a defined or indefinite period for responsible gaming reasons, will be honoured and processed promptly. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent this measure by registering a new account.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the phcom platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of phcom or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of phcom. Any unauthorised use of phcom's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these terms and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable Philippine law. The phcom brand and all associated marks are protected and may not be used in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without explicit written authorisation.
9. Third-Party Links & Services
The phcom platform may reference or provide access to services delivered by third-party providers, including payment processors, game content suppliers, and software vendors. These third-party services are governed by their own terms and conditions and privacy policies, which are independent of phcom's policies. phcom does not endorse, warrant, or assume responsibility for the conduct, content, or reliability of any third-party service provider connected to the platform. Any transactions or interactions you engage in with a third-party provider are entirely at your own risk. You are encouraged to review the terms of any third-party service you use in connection with your phcom account to ensure you understand your rights and obligations with those providers.
10. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
phcom may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, platform features, or operational requirements. Significant changes will be communicated to registered players through the platform or via the contact information associated with their account where reasonably practicable. The most current version of these terms will always be accessible on this page and will display the date of the most recent update. By continuing to use the platform after changes have been published, you accept the revised terms in full.
